Peace and Determination

Born on 2 October 1869 -Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi was an Indian lawyer, ANTI-RACIST humanist and political ethicist who employed nonviolent resistance to lead the successful campaign for India’s independence. Some of his sayings:
‘ I will not let anyone walk through my MIND with their dirty feet.
‘Nobody can hurt me without my PERMISSION.’
‘FREEDOM is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.’
‘ A coward is incapable of exhibiting LOVE; it is the prerogative of the brave.’
‘In a GENTLE way, you can shake the WORLD’

His determinations were strong and his ideas firm. He believed in the non-violence movement for collective healing. Simplicity and owning it seem to be some of the traits that made him closer to people who were hurting. Connecting in an authentic way with strangers brought hope and healing to the country and to the wider world. He encouraged ongoing knowledge enhancement.

let’s be aware of our ‘self’, others and surroundings. Let’s encourage peace and kindness. It should not be that difficult! And if we notice some difficulties in finding peace let’s work on it collectively. Hope and peace to all.
